My fourth step. Taking a ‘fearless and moral inventory of ourselves.’ This has loomed over my head all year and I think is probably the large source of a lot of stress, anxiety, self-hate, outward irritation/resentment/judgment. Will I do it? I absolutely have to, but every time I sit down with it (it’s right next to me as we speak), I feel completely paralyzed. But that’s it. That’s the big thing I didn’t do and need to.
